We offer these two different recruiting programs tailored to fit your business, Contingency Search and Retained Search.

Our Contingency Search, with which the costs are 1/2 - 1/3 those of other recruiters and our fee is only earned if one of our candidates is hired.

Our very low Retained Search fee is designed for businesses who are growing or who tend to have higher turn-over of employees, and is quite revolutionary in the industry. We charge one flat monthly fee for our recruiting and provide our clients with resumes of all of the qualified candidates we can find each month for whatever positions are critical at the time, which helps our clients better budget recruiting costs. This fee is irrespective of how many of our qualified candidates you hire from the resumes we provide you.

Most recruiters are charging 20% - 30% of the first year's salary for placements. Internet placements run roughly $400 per position per posting, which can get expensive. Our much lower fees represent a HUGE significant savings for you, and also helps you and your HR department control recruiting and hiring costs!
